The Odd Dance of Intimacy Knox Marriage ConferenceFriday Evening-Saturday Morning, September 26-27

Knox Members and friends are invited to join us for a night in downtown Detroit for the annual Knox Marriage Conference at the Renaissance Center Hotel. Spend an evening together with Knox couples for encouragement, conversation, and insightful teaching for married couples desiring to develop a more intimate marriage. Dr. Jim Coffield is an Associate Professor of Counseling and the Clinical Director of the Counseling degree program at Reformed Theological Seminary in Orland. His clinical experience includes counseling in private practice, college counseling centers, church-based counseling center and hospital settings. He is a highly sought after speaker, both nationally and internationally, because of his engaging discussins and depth of insight. Jim has been married to Mona for eighteen years, and they have two children, Skylar and Pearce. Marriage is like a dance. Husbands and wives, much like dance partners, trip over each other's feet; stumble and mistep; move in the wrong directions at the wrong times and sometimes fall down. Dancers dancing in rhythm, however, are a beautiful thing to behold. Join us as Dr. Jim Coffield discusses the 'Odd Dance of Intimacy' that takes place within a marriage and what it might look like for husbands and wives to love each other as God intends. Register by filling out the form below. Registration includes one Hotel room at the Ren Cen plus the marriage conference. The cost is $129 per couple if registered before September 1st, and $155 if registered after that.
